These terms apply to your use of yogbhawnamission.com and to bookings for courses and retreats run by Yoga Bhawna Mission, Bhareti Chungi, New Bypass Road, Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand 249193, India. By using the website or booking with us, you agree to them.
We keep course descriptions, dates, fees and inclusions up to date, but they may change. The details confirmed to you when you book are the ones that apply to your booking.
Fees are shown on each course page in Indian rupees, with international fees also shown in US dollars and euros. Deposits, payment deadlines, cancellations, transfers and refunds follow the refund policy on the page of the course or retreat you book; please read it before you pay.
Yoga Bhawna Mission is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200 and RYS 500). Graduates of our 200 hour and 500 hour teacher trainings who complete the course and its assessment receive our certificate and can register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200 or RYT 500. Yoga Alliance registration is a separate step with its own fees, made directly with Yoga Alliance. Retreats are not teacher trainings and lead to a certificate of completion only.
Yoga, pranayama and the cleansing practices are physically demanding and are not a substitute for medical care. Please consult a doctor before joining if you are pregnant or have any medical condition, tell us about it when you register, and follow your teachers' guidance on which practices to modify or avoid. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own travel and health insurance.
Students agree to follow the School Codes and Rules given at the start of the course, which include our ethical guidelines. We may ask a student whose behaviour seriously disrupts the course or endangers others to leave; in that case the refund policy of the course applies.
