Two campuses in the Garhwal Himalaya

We teach where yoga has always been practised — in the mountains of Uttarakhand, beside the Ganges and the Bhagirathi. Every course below runs at one of these two locations.

Uttarkashi

Our main school, on the banks of the Bhagirathi on the road to Gangotri.

  • River-facing rooms with all modern amenities
  • A Shiva temple on the premises — the day opens with pooja and group yagya
  • Practice on the river bank as well as in the indoor shala
  • Sattvic yogic food, with multi-cuisine on request

Rishikesh

The gateway to the Himalaya, where the Ganges leaves the mountains for the plains.

  • Ghats, ashrams and the evening Ganga aarti close at hand
  • The easiest arrival point for students flying in
  • Short retreats and foundation courses alongside teacher training
  • A long living lineage of yoga teaching in the town itself

Getting here

Both campuses are reached through Dehradun or Haridwar. Tell us your arrival details once you book and we will arrange the transfer.

Fly to Dehradun (DED)

Jolly Grant is the nearest airport. Free pick-up and drop is included with every course.

Rail to Haridwar

Well served from Delhi, then roughly two hours by road to Rishikesh.

Road from Delhi

Overnight coaches run to Rishikesh and on to Uttarkashi through the year.
