• Course registration and enquiry forms: your name, email, phone number and the programme you are interested in, and anything else you choose to add, such as date of birth, gender, languages, occupation, address and country, preferred start month and accommodation, your reasons for joining, how you heard of us, and notes. If you tell us about a medical condition, we use it only to plan your safe participation.
• Contact form: name, email, phone number, preferred date, the service you ask about and your message.
• Prospectus download: name, email and phone number.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• WhatsApp and phone: the messages and number you contact us from. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details, which our server records for security, and the cookies described below.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, send the prospectus, and process your registration for a course or retreat.
• To arrange your stay, meals and airport pick-up, and to keep you safe during practice.
• To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. Every newsletter lets you unsubscribe, or you can ask us to remove you.
• To keep the website secure and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The website uses essential cookies that keep forms secure and working (a session cookie and a security token). Where we use analytics or advertising services, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta, those services set their own cookies to measure visits and the results of our advertising, and may use them to show you our ads on other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage Google's ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

Who we share it with

• Our teachers and staff who need it to run your course.
• Our affiliated Rishikesh campus, run with Sanatana Yog Sandesh, only if you enrol there.
• Service providers that host our website and email, who process data on our behalf.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and registrations for as long as we need them to answer you and run your course, and then for up to three years after your last contact with us, unless the law requires us to keep records for longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request or a complaint, contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +919917003456 or by post at the address above. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to our staff through a password-protected admin area.

Children

Our courses are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent.
